Terms and conditions

How to enter
To enter, entrants need to complete the Your Rollover Form and send it to Russell SuperSolution, Reply Paid 3279, Sydney NSW 2001 by the close of the Entry Period. Winners will be notified by phone or in writing via post or email the week commencing Monday 2nd November 2009.

Conditions

  1. This competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Russell Employee Benefits Pty Ltd ABN 70 099 865 013, AFSL 220705 (“REB”), of Level 17, 19 – 29 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter”). Authorised under NSW Permit No LTPS/09/07469 and ACT Permit No TP 09/03287.

  2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.

  3. The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An “Eligible Entrant” is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 16 years or older as at time of entry; and (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition (or a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee); and (iii) is a member of Russell SuperSolution.

  4. Notwithstanding any other provision of these conditions, a person (“Person”) is not entitled to enter this Competition if:
    »» the Promoter has formed the opinion that the Person has breached the conditions of entry of a previous contest run by the Promoter; and
    »» the Person has been given written notice by the Promoter stating that, as a result of such opinion of the Promoter, the Person is ineligible to enter competitions conducted by the Promoter.

    Any Person referred to in this clause shall remain ineligible to enter a competition conducted by the Promoter until such time as when the Promoter provides written notice to that Person stating otherwise.

    Competition entry opens at 00:00 hrs on 28/09/09 and closes at 24:00 hrs on 30/10/09 (“Entry Period”). The winning prizes will be drawn on 03/11/09 at 10:00 hrs at Russell Investments, Level 17, 19 – 29 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000. All times and dates are times and dates in Sydney which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date. All times are stated using the 24 hour clock. 00:00 hrs is the start of a day and 24:00 hrs is the end of a day.

  5. Winners have no less than 3 months to claim a prize. In the case of an unclaimed prize a redraw will be held on 03/02/10 at 10:00 hrs at Russell Investments, Level 17, 19-29 Martin Place, Sydney NSW.

    6. Prize Entry

  6. Entry to win a prize can only be made via the form provided and by following the online directions. To submit an entry, an entrant must complete the Your Rollover Form and send it back to Russell SuperSolution, Reply Paid 3279, SYDNEY NSW 2001.


  7. Subject to the conditions above, an Eligible Entrant may only enter once during the Entry Period.

    Prizes

  8. The maximum total value of all prizes is AUD $3,000.00.

  9. There are three prizes; each prize winner can select either a Coles Group & Myer Gift Card valued at AUD $1,000.00 or a contribution to their super of AUD $1,000.00.

  10. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if a prize is unavailable for any reason.

  11. Winners will be notified by phone or in writing in the week commencing Monday 2nd November 2009.

  12. Prizes will be mailed to winners upon receipt of their notification.

    13. General

  13. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.

  14. All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  15. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and all those entities’ personnel (the “Relevant Parties”) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant, winner or any winner’s guest on any relevant prizes in connection with the Competition or prizes, including:
    (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss;
    (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party;
    (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
